However, Roland Berger believes that in the next few years, the status of Chinese auto suppliers in the industry will improve, especially in the field of electrification and mobility. From the overall trend, the R&D investment of enterprises has increased significantly, with a year-on-year growth of 33.85% in R&D investment in 2018. In particular, investment in new energy, smart driving and core powertrain technology, related companies' R&D investment exceeded 8% of revenue, and NavInfo's R&D investment in 2019 even reached 51% of revenue.
